Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of our services, we offer a limited refund policy as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full refunds may be issued if you cancel your service before any work has begun.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled midway, based on the work completed to date.

  • No refunds are available after final delivery of services (e.g., completed design, editing, or marketing campaign).

Revision & Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with a delivered service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can revise or resolve the issue. Each service includes a set number of revisions, and we aim to meet your expectations.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party fees (e.g., ISBN registration, printing costs).

  • Services that have been completed and approved.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, missed deadlines).
