All materials we produce (e.g., designs, trailers, marketing assets) remain our property until full payment is received.
Payment Terms
All service fees are due as agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may delay service delivery or result in additional fees. Services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless stated otherwise.
Revisions & Approvals
Each service includes a limited number of revisions, clearly stated at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat all manuscripts and sensitive materials as confidential. We will not disclose or share your content without your written consent, except as required by law.
